House rules



🛋️ General

Please treat the apartment as if it were your own home.
If something is missing or you need assistance, please let us know.
Feel free to use everything in the apartment – please handle it carefully.

🕓 Arrival and Departure

 Arrival: from 4:00 pm
Departure: by 10:00 am

🍽️ Kitchen

 Please only put clean and dry dishes back into the cupboards.
Use coasters for hot pots and a cutting board for cutting.
Please leave the microwave, oven, and grill clean.

💨 Ventilation

 Keep the bathroom fans running for at least 30 minutes after showering.
Air out the bedrooms regularly and always keep the insect screen door closed to keep mosquitoes out.

🚪 Security & Care

 Please close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
Conserve water and electricity to protect the environment.

♻️ Waste Disposal

 Please do not dispose of food scraps, oil, or hygiene products in the toilet or sink – this can cause blockages!
Please dispose of trash bags securely in the green bin. The orange bin is unfortunately not emptied regularly in summer.

🧼 Cleaning

 Please clean up any small mishaps immediately.
Upon departure: please follow the departure rules.

🤫 Quiet Hours

 Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, including on Sundays.

🌐 WiFi

 WiFi is available; access details are provided. The guest is responsible for any illegal use.

🏊 Pool

 Please follow our pool usage rules for a hygienic and safe stay for all guests.
Cleaning is done weekly by a service provider (Fridays).
The pool is automatically cleaned and chlorinated.

🚭 Smoking

 Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

🐾 Pets

 Pets are not allowed.

🚗 Parking

 You may park in parking space No. 2 in front of the house.
We do not assume liability for any damage to vehicles.

🔑 Keys

 Please do not pass the keys to others.
Report lost keys immediately. Replacement costs will be charged to the guest.

🔧 Damages

 If something breaks, please inform us immediately.
No one damages things intentionally – but we can only react quickly if we know.

📜 Important to Know

 The owner assumes no liability for valuables or accidents.
