Rules

Dear holiday guests,

Our vacation apartment is meant to be like a second home for you. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings, and we hope you find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to guide you for a harmonious stay. By treating the apartment with care, you help us continue to offer satisfactory accommodations to you and other guests in the future.

- Check-in and Check-out: The accommodation is available to you from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

- Liability: The landlord is not liable for the guest's valuables. The landlord is not responsible for accidents or injuries to the guest. Adults take responsibility for the children.

- Duty of care: We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care. The entrance door should generally be kept closed. Likewise, all windows should be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage from storms or break-ins. Please turn off the lights and all electrical devices (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.). Please use water and electricity resources responsibly.

- Right of access: The landlord has the right to enter the apartment in the absence of the guest under special circumstances to prevent potential damage or danger.

- Damages: If there are damages to installations, furniture, furnishings, and equipment in the apartment, the guest is obligated to inform the landlord. If the damage or loss is the fault of the guest, the guest is liable for damages up to the replacement cost.

- Quiet hours: In consideration of good neighborly relations, we ask you to observe public quiet hours, including midday, night, and Sundays. Please also maintain quiet inside the vacation apartment between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

- Visitors: Your visitors are welcome in our vacation apartment for short periods at any time. However, it is not allowed to have unregistered guests stay overnight in the vacation apartment.

- Internet/Wi-Fi: The vacation apartment/house is equipped with wireless internet (Wi-Fi). The access code is printed and available. The landlord disclaims any liability related to the tenant's use of the internet.

- Disposal: Please separate your household waste in the provided bins in the apartment and sort it into the waste containers located in front of the house. Use trash and cosmetic bins in the bathroom only with a garbage bag and dispose of them securely in the general waste bin. Do not throw waste, leftovers, harmful liquids, or similar into the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks, or shower!

Please DO NOT throw hygiene items into the toilet!

- Ventilation: The two bathrooms have switchable ventilation. To prevent mold formation, please let them run for about an hour after use. Please ventilate the bedrooms adequately.

- Kitchen: Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical devices with care. Since a dirty kitchen is unpleasant, please place dishes, pots, and cutlery in the cabinets only in a clean and dry condition. Do not place hot pots and other hot objects on tables or countertops without coasters. Always use a cutting board for cutting. Leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.

- Pool: The pool has an automatic chlorine and cleaning function. Once a week (usually on Fridays), the pool is cleaned by a service provider. Please use the shower before entering the pool.

- Hot water: In the front bathroom with white tiles, there is a hot water boiler for the entire apartment. This can be switched on from the hallway. Please do not turn it off.

- Cleaning: If you accidentally create a mess (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor, countertops, or couch), please clean it up immediately. We ask you to leave the vacation apartment broom-clean upon departure and to put all used dishes back into the cabinets.

- Parking: Parking is available directly in front of the vacation house (Parking Space No. 2); additional public parking spaces are located nearby. The landlord is not liable for the loss or damage to vehicles and their contents parked or maneuvered on the property.

- Keys: Please use the code to open the door. When you leave the flat, simply close the door. If you need to use the key to open the door, please return the key to the code box immediately after use. When leaving the flat, only close the door so that the code works again. Never give the key out of your hand. Any loss of the key must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.

- Pets: Bringing pets is not allowed.

- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the vacation apartment or in the outdoor area. Please leave the property to smoke.

By booking the vacation apartment, we assume that you accept the house rules. We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation, and rejuvenation. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist.
